This Cabinet has never been used but it may have a dent or ding, or possibly a scratch or two, that is why it is being sold as New Surplus. The Cabinet May Or May Not Be Perfect and it does not have dividers for the drawers, nor can we get them. For these reasons, we have priced it accordingly.
