I wanted to thank you and Donna (and Karen too) again for the great product and wonderful service! The racks were packed perfectly and incurred zero damage from packing and transit. They look AWESOME! Also, wanted to pass along Jake’s great experience while picking them up for me too. I think he’ll be back for some racks for himself. The racks are already installed and getting loaded up today. Am contemplating purchasing more if we run out of room on these. Many thanks All!

Everything went together per the drawing you sent to use. All the framework looked like brand new the way you guys cleaned it up and painted it. I believe if we can put it together here with out professional help anybody can do this. Thanks again for all your help with this project. We will call on you when we have another project. Thanks again

I am writing to express our appreciation for the outstanding product and quality of customer service you have in your business. As a customer service-oriented business, we understand the effort it takes to give every customer the attention they deserve. The used products have been ideal additions to our shop, fitting both our budget and layout!

The racks arrived and were in fantastic condition. Not only that, they suited our needs perfectly. We have had some pretty awful experiences with purchasing racks and I am glad to say you broke that trend. I know that we will need additional racks in the future and you will be the first company we call. Thanks again!

Just letting you know that everything worked just fine. Thank You for helping me find the forklift too! My production supervisor loves it. Please give my regards to all!

My Pallet Rack looks awesome! We can hardly tell it from new. I understand my request was a little out of the ordinary… but you folks pulled through. Also – Please pass on to your guys that installed it for us that they did a great job too.

The racking came in yesterday and it looks great. One of the guys commented that it looked brand new. Thanks

“Racking looks great and will work well for us.  This is the 4^th shop we have put your racking in, and they have all worked out very well.”
